Tickets - 2023
The Sutherland Entertainment Centre (SEC) will be managing the sale of tickets. This year the sale date for concerts will be staggered are yet to be confirmed:
Tickets for Concerts 1-5 go on sale on Wednesday 7 June 2023 (TBC).
Tickets for Concerts 6-10 go on sale on Friday 9 June 2023 (TBC).
On these days, tickets will be available to anyone wishing to purchase on a first-in, first served basis. As tickets traditionally sell out for some of the concerts, we recommend you order yours as early as possible. In the unlikely event that there are unsold tickets for a particular concert, these will be available at the box office on afternoon/night of the concert.
Tickets prices this year are TBA. Due to health and safety regulations, The Pavilion will not allow children to sit on parents’ laps. Each person attending the concert will require a ticket.
To order and purchase tickets, go to: https://thepavilionarts.au and then select the "Sutherland Shire Schools Music Festival" link.
There will be fifteen concerts available to purchase tickets to so it is very important that the correct concert/s is selected.
When your booking is complete you will have the opportunity to print your tickets. We strongly recommend that you do so and then keep these in a safe place. You will require these tickets on the night of the concert for entry. If you are unable to print your own ticket, you can show your PDF ticket on your device (eg phone/tablet) on the night to the usher. This process may become time consuming on the night, so where you can, print your own tickets please!
When ordering your tickets, you will have the opportunity to pre-purchase a printed program @ $5.00. This program contains all of the concerts as well as artwork by students from the Shire and makes a wonderful souvenir. Your pre purchased program/s will be delivered to the school prior to the event.
If you have any questions about this please contact the school.
Please note: The Pavilion requires all children over 12 months of age to have a ticket. The Pavilion does not allow prams or strollers in the seating areas and you should inform parents purchasing dress circle tickets they will encounter stairs.
Matinee tickets will be $5.00 (TBC) per student for student groups - no charge for accompanying teachers. Matinee ticketing ordering procedures for student groups will be handled by the school office as in previous years. GST is not payable on the ticket and must not be charged by individual schools. Please use the FORMS page to reserve matinee tickets.
